Alexandra graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in Biology and is currently pursuing an MS in Biomedical Science at the Icahn School of Medicine. At Lehigh, she was a member of the Meyer Lab, where she utilized bioinformatics to characterize the selection of genes related to metabolism and digestion. In the Elahi Lab, Alexandra is studying the dysregulation of angiogenesis in Alzheimer’s Disease using computational methods. She enjoys indie folk music, good food, and yoga.
