Yuguang Xiong, PhD
Senior Data Scientist
Yuguang graduated from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai with a PhD in Computational Biology in 2006. As a computational scientist in the Iyengar lab, he worked on the Library of Integrated Network-Based Cellular Signatures (LINCS) and the Kidney Precision Medicine Project (KPMP) projects, gaining extensive skills and experience in computational modeling, data analysis, and pipeline development. As a senior data scientist in the Elahi lab, Yuguang analyzes large datasets generated from laboratory and clinical studies on neurodegenerative diseases to gain understanding of disease mechanisms and identify drugable targets.
